Digital Marketing Assistant

As we continue to experience rapid growth, this is a brand new role, which for the right individual, will be a fantastic opportunity to grow, utilise their creativity and to learn/enhance their digital marketing skills.

The candidate will be self-motivated, proactive and someone who can quickly understand new ideas. In return, you will become an integral part of the company. During the first 15 months of the role, the successful applicant will be enrolled in the Digital Marketing Academy, which will provide them with first-class commercial training and highly rated qualifications, as well as access to professional mentors. This is funded via an apprenticeship.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating high-quality content e.g. blogs, articles, social media posts
  • Managing the company website
  • Researching and monitoring of fraud and technology forums
  • Creating and running LinkedIn campaigns
  • Managing campaign analysis
  • Supporting the wider team where necessary

 

Requirements:

  • GCSEs (preferred)
  • Marketing 1-Year (preferred)
  • Interest in technology (preferred)

 

Recruitment Process:

Performance Measurement:

As a close-knit team and a scaling business, performance will be reviewed by the leadership team and by your peers. We take a consultative approach to team dynamics and individual contribution will be assessed via achievement of measurable goals over suitable timeframes.
